Description
The Ģypsy Queen blockade runner is a high-speed interplanetary freighter expressly designed for carrying contraband over great distances. Relying primarily on its quick acceleration and jump drive to avoid capture, Ģypsy Queen also includes three rocket launchers for offensive protection and 12 turrets for defensive protection.

NON-DLC VERSION HERE: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2577885263

NOTE: I had to use a "Ģ" instead of a "G" in "Ģypsy" because Steam saw the word as offensive. I don't know why.

The Ģypsy Queen is fully equipped for a crew of eight (8). Two airlocks are provided for access, with the lower airlock is accessible from the ground without a jetpack. A basic refinery and advanced assembler are included to facilitate, in conjunction with the active integrated projector, most repairs, should they be necessary.

The bottom docking connector is attached to a piston to provide the necessary ground clearance when docking. Unfortunately, the use of a sub-grid causes a slight instability for the ship when flying in a planet's atmosphere.

Ģypsy Queen optionally utilizes two scripts during normal operation:
Isy's Simple Doors (https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1751168996)
MMaster's Automatic LCDs 2 (https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=822950976)

NOTES FOR BUILDING WITH A PROJECTOR IN SURVIVAL
See the last picture for the projector's configuration.
1. Build a projector on a powered grid.
2. Load the blueprint into the projector; set the projector's vertical offset to -3.
3. Build the blueprint.
4. Add a piston top part (head) and conveyor connector to the piston.
5. When completed, grind away the projector.

FINAL COMMENTS
This is my second ship design that utilizes the thruster override feature to minimize hydrogen fuel consumption when traveling from planets and moons to space. As a test, using realistic 1-1-1 survival settings, I loaded the two large cargo containers with 1,000 tons each of ore for a trip to space from the Earthlike planet. The entire combination of atmospheric, hydrogen, and ion thrusters were marginally capable of lifting the fully loaded mass (approximately 3,208 tons) horizontally from the planet's surface, and would be incapable of continuing to space once the effectiveness of the two large atmospheric lift thrusters began to decrease with increasing altitude. Therefore, the solution was to switch to the second cockpit control set using {Ctrl}-{2} and increase both the ion and hydrogen FORWARD thrust overrides to maximum (use hotkeys {4} and {6}), then rotate the ship's pitch to about a 45-degree angle. As the altitude increased, I continued to increase the ship's pitch until the ship was finally pointed straight up (90-degrees). At that point I started decreasing the hydrogen thrusters FORWARD thrust override while striving to maintain maximum speed. I continued to dial down the thrust override (leaving the ion thrusters at maximum thrust override) until the ship escaped the planet's gravity well. At that point I reduced both the ion and hydrogen FORWARD thrust overrides to zero to regain control of the ship. (A script that would perform this task would be delightful!)

It will be published momentarily.

I certainly would!
Also, neat design, quite unconventional.

Alrighty then.

I think they would.

Hey, thanks. I was thinking about tossing out a DLC-free version. Do you think anyone would be interested?

Very Nice, My Friend! Thank you for making this
