Description
Automatically picks up any coins that would spawn at the end of a Greed Mode wave! Also automatically heals the Keeper.

Do the various coin trinkets still do anything or does the automatic pickup bypass those "upon picking up a coin" effects?

The Random Pickup Rewards mod remedies that, and you also don't get the D20 break every run anyways so
