MEME Config Tweaks

Description
This mod features config tweaks for mods in the Modpocalypse Ex Machina Evolution mod collections


  • Proficiency Class Pack - Disables Vanilla Class GTS perks.
  • Scamper For Scouts - Adds the scamper ability to all stealth related perks in the Proficiency Class packs
  • Neonate Viper & Derelict MEC - Makes them Followers Only and dictates which Leaders they can follow.
  • EU Aim Rolls - Prevents some Aim Roll dialogue popups.
  • Psionics ex Machina 3.0 - enables shard gauntlet support for GEMS (use with a psiamp or rusty psi-implant to get animations)
  • Yellow Alert 2.0 - Changed Reinforcements to Always Defend on reflex action.
  • Point Based Not Created Equal - Added randomisation to PsiOffense and Shield HP (0 or 1).
  • Proficiency Skirmisher & Reaper - Psiamp secondary enabled for PexM3.0 support.
  • Base Game - Added Shotguns as an allowed Primary for Rookies. Makes grenades no longer Unique equip. Also: minor localisation fix - alert is now 'NEW TRAIT ACQUIRED instead of NEGATIVE TRAIT ACQUIRED to avoid confusion when gaining positive traits.
  • Randomised Gatecrasher Loadouts - Added new Rookie loadouts for Shotguns and TLE Shotguns/Assault Rifles.
  • Iridar's Grenade Rebalance - Reverts Flashbang radius, & conventional and advanced grenade launcher range changes (but not radius bonus change) to vanilla settings.


UPDATE: The Proficiency Jane Kelly changes are being moved to their own mod: Proficiecy Plugin: Intelligence Officer -> Scout - this mod has these tweaks and also adds GTS perks and Nicknames for the class. This change will happen in the next week.

Thanks MrCloista! Just speculating here, but even if lategame stuff is wonky or unbalanced, I think it will be immensely more easy to fix than getting all the vanilla and modded mechanics in working shape, which in my head is what this mod does. Also, balance is subjective, incompatible mods aren't.

@retrogazer i was planning on pushing an update to this towards the end of the current stream run, but I'll consider pushing it earlier when i have some time off from work next week.

Also, please please please update the mod. I've been literally waiting for months, discovered your modlist some years ago and it is consistently the best XCOM experience available, but the changes to the list has left this mod pretty outdated and I'm not skilled enough to patch everything on my side by my own.

Hm, come here to check on updates, I see the link below, got curious and clicked. The first thing I saw was the allied Reaper spawning right on top of 3 Lost and breaking concealment for everybody on turn 1.
That's Xcom Baby in it's beautiful purest form.

i actually have several more modern updates to this locally for my current campaign i am streaming on twitch.tv/mrcloista - once i am a bit further into the campaign so i am 100% happy with the configs, this mod will get those changes.

Excellent mod compilation, probably one of best on steam. Have to do a lot of config edits etc to suit me more, but it doesnt matter. Btw can you add more configs later? I doubt you are using default configs from get go in this compilation. Even small ones like number of timed loot (from 2 to 3) etc. what are you really using in your gameplay would be appreciated.

this mod is in line for an update in the future once i've confirmed al lchanges work fine in my current streamed run.
