CAF Civity 250

Fictional upgrade of the Construcciones y Auxiliar de Ferrocarriles (CAF) Civity UK platform (BR Class 397 body-shell) to 250 kph (155 mph) top speed (this should be doable with better brakes, train protection systems and maybe a different transmission ratio).

500 PAX per 8-car unit, two of which can be coupled. Between 0 and 4 middle-cars can be selected (2 is the default). 250 kph top speed, 3924 kW per unit (independent of length).

PKP Intercity (based on the Pesa Dart)
LNER (based on their Class 80X)
