Description
Adds a new grant to encourage you to maintain a nice, clean prison.

$12,000 initial payment, $5,000 completion bonus.
Requires that you build a Cleaning Cupboard and a Laundry, as well as hire 3 Janitors.

What exactly is the grant? How much does it give you? Needs much more information before I will download it.
