Pine Lodge - A Tiny Treehouse with everything you need.

Description
This petite abode in the sky could be your Dovahkiin's starter home, or a permanent residence for one!
Contains:
1 single bed.
2 Bookshelves + 1 extra over the bed.
Alchemy and Enchanting table with custom containers.
Kitchen with custom pantry container.
Lots of other storage options, shelves and decorations.
Stunning view from the balcony.
Exterior smithing setup.
Non-exploding decorative lamps.

Entirely vanilla, no non-native parts, no mods or expansions needed.
There should not be any conflicts unless you have another mod that uses the same exterior cells.
Interior area is six floor tiles (For comparison, Breezehome in Whiterun is roughly 20 floor tiles.)
Navmeshed and locationed - I suggest not bringing large parties into the house - it'll get crowded very quickly.

Fox Not Included.

Location: North-East of Falkreath, West of Riverwood, near Anise's cabin.

Lore:
Pyne the furrier longs for a new life, a better life, a family... He's gone off to seek his fortune in the city, leaving his home to an acquaintance who never showed up to claim it. It's probably safe to say they never will.
The door is locked, but Pyne's left a note with clues to help you find the key. Good luck!
No, I'm not telling you where the key is. That defeats the purpose of having hidden it to begin with. Read the comments for more hints.

Fox is from: http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=13413

PS: There is dirt on the kitchen floor to stop the place from burning down. XD

I'm having a similar issue as some of the other people I've been seeing: the bookshelf over the bed isn't working, the cells are off in the bookshelf by the enchanter and causes me to access shelf one clicking on shelf two, and the none of the weapon plaques are working at all besides the shield ones. From what I've gathred though, there is no fix.

Ok, the time has come: The key is in a Nordic ruin that's just a little ways away.

Most of the chests are facing the wrong way in the lodge, and the door to the balcony glitches through the top wall. Otherwise, great work.

I unchecked it and then the whole river just disappeared and the ground was open. Skyrim was a mess. The game just crashed over and over again. But I know now that the problem was not your mod. After I activated your mod again it still was a mess. I turned More Skyrim Alpha 10% off, then it was normal again. This was all caused by a mod called Places: Oakwood. Somehow even when Oakwood was miles away even going near the sea/river was a chaos. I fixed it, and know I got the key. Still my game crashes randomly all over the game. I dont know if that happend because of my shitty PC but if something like that happens again it might be because of a mod that changes something near the river. Well, the problem is solved and I really like your mod! Thanks for answering :) I can continue my adventure!!

Honestly I couldn't tell you... I've never had the mod crash the game. Try unchecking it in your game loader and seeing if it still crashes without this mod activated?
