The Hexer is a malicious tyrant that excels at debuffing entire groups of enemies. With an array of potent curses that leave large groups debilitated, there are ample opportunities and choices on how to cripple your foe. Fuelled by his diabolic blood, the Hexer can empower himself or share it with his allies. He can even use his blood to melt down his enemies directly and weaken them to further exposure of his malevolence.

• Crit effect: Enemy: 120% Chance to apply +10% DMG Received.
  
• Upon reaching 100 Stress, he will always enter his Custom Affliction: Cannibalistic.
  
• Cannibalistic boosts Damage and CRT, but lowers DODGE and Debuff Chance.
  
• The Hexer is not religious.
  
• District: Athenaeum.
  
• Predetermined Name: Faust.
  
• He has one Town Events: An immediate recruit.
  
• He comes with a full set of vanilla, CC, CoM, Collector, Sunward, and Ringmaster's Prizebox trinkets.

The Ringmaster's Prizebox is a Mod that requires The Ringmaster Bossfight Mod. Upon installing both Mods, you will be able to fight the Ringmaster as a boss, and gain unique Butcher's Circus-themed trinkets for your heroes, including Hexer, for doing so.
