Increased Population Growth (Incremental)

Description
Mod Features:
Increases the populations growth rate for all the factions/races included in the game (and it's DLCs) based on the city tier researched. The larger the city (tile acquisition), the faster the population grows. This does not affect individual cities, as it is based on the research progress of each player (human and AI).

This mod does NOT affect the resource rates, loyalty, production or population limits of cities/buildings. There are additional mods that are compatible with this mod that can modify those values (see "Other Mods" section).

Thanks but no need, harder enemies have Loyalty buff anyway.

But I always noticed how friend and enemy AI city building suck badly.
Example I would have 13-14 building in 10 population city.
While at same time AI is building it's tenth building after acquiring 10 population.

@Verkava What I can recommend is to play on an easier difficulty, as this will adjust the AI's starting loyalty, which in turn will impact resource generation.

Very Easy AI: -15 Starting Loyalty
Easy AI: -5 Starting Loyalty

@Verkava Unfortunately, it's currently not possible to have the AI grow "Maybe -30...-50% slower than player." There's still no way (at least not that I'm aware of) to even check for AI player control with the modding tools we currently have. If you know a way, please let me know!

If you're worried about the AI's economy, may I recommend: Increased Tile Resources (x5) , or Increased City Resources (+100%) . Both of those mods will affect all player resource income, might help?

This mod will make AI city building a way better.
AI is coded to keep it's cities always at 100% efficiency.
Meaning: AI only makes 1 building per 1 population.
Making it way slower than player who ignores efficiency. Maybe -30...-50% slower than player.

This mod should make AI harder enemy economy wise.
