Celtic and Rangers have bought their places into the FA's English tier system in time for the 2013/2014 season.

Off by hand, I can't remember all of the teams that were moved down/up in the English and scottish leagues. I know that Crystal Palace, Colchester and I think Daganham and Redbridge all got moved down to create space, but there were a lot more too (about 9 in total)
