NOTE: I didn't do anything to 7k in terms of skin.ini so it won't look like 4k, since I'm a 4k player (also the judgement will be like 50x the actual size because again, I don't play 7k).

I love this skin, however, it wasn't perfect for me, so I edited it so it fit what I desired.

Credits to Knit for making the original skin, so if you don't like this skin. Please check out their's, it may fit you better than my edit.
