Black Reliquary "Sands and Savages" Compatibility Patch for The Apostate Class Mod.

Converted all stats, effects, trinkets etc to BR format. Notable changes:
- Apostate cannot be Religious (she will be either Pagan or Faithless)
- Camp skills now apply horror to Religious heroes
- Camp skill "Will To Live" now also grants Death Blow resist
- Apocryphal Texts now also grants Death Blow resist
- Apocryphal Texts is no longer a free action
- Condemn now applies "Amberblight" instead of a DMG Received debuff
- Added a riposte: "85 ACC / -50% DMG / Buff self: Tenebrosity: +33% DMG"
- CC trinket stress reduction now applies while bleeding rather than while Crimson Cursed

English and SChinese (thank you 54NBB!) are fully supported. No language should have "blue error strings", but other languages will have only partial translation at best. See the original mod page for further details on supported languages.
