Custom portrait/idol 'Reina' - 3 skin colors

Description
Adds a custom idol portrait with unique hairstyles, based on existing base assets, with 3 possible skin colors.

Version: Reina. Based on default idol portrait 0.

Doesn't replace the default idols.

- Default hairstyles + several unique hairstyles in different colors
- 2 unique outfits (in several colors)
- Default accessoires

Note: In auditions, only 'natural' hair colors will appear. The colored ones, like pink/blue/green/purple can be dyed by a stylist.
