Remove Fungal Gravel Thick Roof Restriction

Sometimes you want to be a tunneler, but you do not have enough thickroof for your fungal gravel, or your thickroof is not in perfect shape.
Therefore, I made this simple mod.
This mod removes the restriction that fungus gravel can only be built under thickroof, allows you to build under constructed roof or without any roof depends your setting.

有時候想選地底之心，但是來做真菌地板的厚岩頂總是不那麽夠用，或者是形狀總是很難看。
所以我做了這個簡單的mod
這個mod移除了真菌地板必須建造在厚岩頂的限制，使其在不同設置中可以建造在一般屋頂下或者是根本不要屋頂。
