Compatibility Patch - Improved Imperial Federation 2.0, Ireland Expanded & RT56

Description
I made a patch-patch because I heard you like patches.

Seriously though, This Compatibility patch resolves some conflicts and overwrites when running both my "Improved Imperial Federation 2.0" and "Ireland Expanded" alongside the Road to 56.

When running the three together, use this mod, alongside the individual RT56 and cross-compatibility patches, as they are designed to be used together

I have a idea, for the monarchy tree, have a Jacobite restoration path which grants claims to Bavaria and possibly against Britian with war goals to take those territories
