Class 121/122

Description
Reupload of class 121 mod by Cobalt.

This mod includes improved Class 121 with changed costs and improved power outputs. Also included is a new class 122 varient with figures for the class 122 bubble car.

I have not changed the graphics in anyway that may happen in the future though.
