Iberian/Indian gauge tracks

Minimum game version required: 1.2.26

This mod treats Indian and Iberian gauges as one, since the difference is only 8mm in real life, and less than a pixel in-game.

Iberian gauge is a track gauge of 1,668 mm (5 ft 5 21⁄32 in), most extensively used by the railways of Spain and Portugal.
Indian gauge is the track gauge used in India, Pakistan, western Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Argentina, Chile, and on San Francisco's Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART).
Includes both wooden and concrete sleeper versions of the tracks.

• Maximum speed: 180kph/220kph

• Viaduct cost per km: $1.15M/$1.25M
  
• Tunnel cost per km: $2.25M/$2.5M

All other specs keep default values
