VFE Viking Column Patch for Ideology

This seems to have fixed the issue with Ideology buildings not accepting Runed Columns as columns (for me, atleast).
Sharing this here, because other people have had the same issue.
I'm not an experienced modder, so let me know if there is a problem.
Maybe I can fix it, maybe not.

Adding midgame means you need to refresh your ideology. Enter Dev mode -> Ideology tab -> Edit mode -> right-click relevant structure and press regenerate.

The official VFE Ideology patch isn't doing this for me, for whatever reason. Here's hoping this one works!
