Description
*Updated to Silence and the Fury*

This mod changes the slot count of all region capitals to 18.
This mod also reimplements construction of military building at the high elf gates and the empire forts.
All high elf gates/empire forts now have 12 slots.
Also, all settlement types, including minors and gates/forts, start with all slots unlocked.
This mod modifies start_pos_regions, start_pos_region_slot_templates, and campaign_building_chain_slot_unlocks.

(Slightly Technical) Note: This mod gives fortress regions access to the fortress_secondary slot templates from way long ago but I'm not sure the last time those have been updated. If you don't like the selection available, especially if your favorite faction doesn't have any buildings by default, I recommend finding/making a mod that adds buildings to that slot template and/or one that gives your faction a converted building for the fortresses (if they don't have one).

FAQ:
Q: Is this compatible with XYZ mod?
A: If it modifies the same files, especially startpos, probably not. Otherwise, probably yes.

Q: In regions like Altdorf with 3 minor settlements, the settlements slots block the UI on the left. What should I do?
A: There are 2 options:
1. Increase the game resolution.
2. Decrease the UI scale.
A combination of both of these will work as well. This is a known issue.

Q: Didn't the wood elves formerly get more slots?
A: Yes but with the Twisted and the Twilight, some buildings were consolidated and they no longer need as many slots.

Q: Mod is out of date again/ I want my own variant of this mod. Can I do that?

Is there any chance you could add some extra slots to the Moot? I really like the ability to add military buildings to the forts, but I don't like how useless the Moot is without the extra slots that Gypsy Dancer's grants it.

Do you think a mod that modifies the startpos and other scripts similar to that would work with Mixu's Unlocker/OvN factions capitals or not? By the way thanks for the mod, there are few like that but this one sounds simplistic enough to work with these mods.
