Unlimited Threat Scale

Description
Allows you to set the threat scale, in theory, as high as you want. How high will it let you go? I don't know. Technically there is still a limit of 1000000000% because numbers stored in computers must have a limit, and that number would break the game anyway. You can also increase the threat points cap for the base threat points calculation (the game normally caps at 10,000) or even uncap it entirely.

You can now uncap wealth curves as well! In vanilla, your colony's wealth contributes to threat points based on a curve. The curve maxes out at 1 million wealth, and therefore any additional wealth does not contribute to threat points. This mod option (disabled by default) uncaps the curves so that all wealth is counted without any limit.

Use at your own risk though because there are no checks and balances and your game will behave accordingly. If you decide to uncap threat points and start a game with 1M% threat scale, don't be surprised if your game crashes before anyone has a chance to kill you.

Note: Certain events in the game have their own individual caps on threat points (for example, Too deep: infestations have a cap of 1,000 points). This mod does not change or remove those caps.

Speaking of threat points, if you're curious about how many threat points the game is using for each raid, check out my other mod, Visible Raid Points (now fully compatible with this mod as of version 1.5+ of RimWorld).

Also I highly recommend using compressed raid with this, To set a limit of about 300-400 raiders (depending on your system) to avoid crashing your game

I love this mod a lot, I like playing with mods that add new gear/defences but it results in very late game colonies feeling indestructible, And no real challenge with raids. This mod completely fixes that issue! Ain’t nothing scarier than 100 warcaskets charging at you.

This is nice, thank you :)

@Quarter One yes, you can do that. No need to apologize!

Sorry for the dumb question, can this also be used to cap the threat at a lower value, as to make raids easier?

Cool, thanks! I wanted the vanilla scaling but infinite and now that wealth can scale infinitely this was both the perfect new addition and the best way to implement it. Thanks! ♥

@BuGGaTon That's a great question! You are correct. The uncapped rate is the same as the final rate between the last two points.

On the Uncapped Wealth Curve what option have you gone for?

Between 14k-400k every $160 s.wealth is worth 1 raid point
Between 400k-700k every $250 s.wealth is worth 1 raid point
Between 700k-1m every $500 s.wealth is worth 1 raid point

Does uncapping leave it at the final rate of $500 per point or does it make adjustments?

@Lucifer This mod does not affect raid frequency. Either you're just getting unlucky or it's caused by a different mod.
