Midas Pill

A new pill effect that adds a little "Bling" to Isaac. On use, it will turn all pickups in the room into their golden variants.

Pennies, nickels, dimes will turn into golden pennies. Bombs and keys will turn into golden bombs and keys, pills into golden pills (even horse pills). All tears on screen will get the Midas touch effect.

To do / ideas :

- Troll and mega troll bombs into golden troll bombs
- Add midas touch effect for the current room
- spawn a random set of golden pickups if no entities in the room
- Midas freeze enemies around the player
- Add random chance to get one of the above effects
