Hello, fellow dragonborn! This is my first plugin/mod(It may be a bit lame).This plugin brings a new freakishly-annoying NPC to Riverwood, whose name is Toddy. Toddy lives in the riverwood trader. And yes, he has one major attribute: He's giant. When he interacts with objects he shrinks(With an exception of the chair sometimes). When he's not interacting with something he's huge. He also has the voice of a little girl, which makes him annoying. If you attack him he flees, and doesn't attack
