DB ICE 3 Rework

Description
This is a modified version of the ICE 3 from TKR/Tjoeker.
Changes to TKRs ICE 3:
-overhauled pantographs, couplers for the double sets and added real seat numbers
-now includes Velaro D, 1st/2nd Series, Redesign and ICE3M variant
