Ridiculous Compact Flying Floating Base

A literally and metaphorically unbalanced flyer built upon a single floating foundation, with a sleep pod, advanced 3D printer, deuterium generator, storage and batteries holding the airblades up high to carry it all around.

It can fly (somewhat awkwardly), it will float if you land in water, it can hold 60 spaces of inventory (with wireless dispenser), you can sleep/heal in it and the 3D printer can construct parts for any extra stuff you need.

Although only one foundation is used there is space to build more production and utility buildings in the center, however more blades will have to be added to lift more weight.
