Does what it says on the tin.
I PAINSTAKINGLY over the span of 50 MINUTES changed EVERY SINGLE COUNTRY (including releasables!) to have the same history file as the United States.

what this means:
-The Entire World's Economy has collapsed, and only the US is able to recover
-Every single army spawns on the same place (this will disadvantage European powers greatly)
-The whole world is democratic
-Every tag *should* use the Congress mechanic (if this isn't the case then I have no idea why)
-The Entire planet has been overtaken by a clone army of the same three guys
-The entire British commonwealth is now free, as nobody has any subjects
WHAT THIS WILL NOT CHANGE
-Focus Trees will remain the same
-Events will remain the same

NOTES:
THIS IS UNTESTED! I HAVE NO ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ CLUE WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN
I don't think this will occur, but if you crash upon selecting a country in the bookmarks then try clicking "other countries" and going from there, that should work.
