[MHA] Stain SWEP

Description

Slash, freeze and unfreeze

Left Click - Inflict Damage
Right Click - Steal Blood in order to freeze the victim
Reload - Unfreeze

Works on PNJ and Player

Ragdoll can be draged with the physic gun
