No Torch Luck

Description
Torches no longer lower your luck, but if you're still not a fan of torch luck, this mod disables it!
You can also configure it to stop the game from scanning for nearby torches at all, disabling The Torch God and anything mods try to do with nearby torches entirely. This does not improve performance whatsoever (accessing an array is super cheap; a ton of other stuff in the game is far less performant) but the option is there anyway.

Edd... vanilla doesn't have negative torch luck...

Correction: Removes luck -reduction-, leaving only addition.

Aye, this is a great help!
...Do you think you could also make a version that only removes -negative- luck, allowing for positive 'feng shui' of a sort? Kinda like Animal Crossing and furniture.
