Pacific National NR 23

Beskrivning
I decided to make a re-skin of NR 23 after my friend Tessa photographed said locomotive while she was on one of Sydney’s Waratah electric trains. For reference, this locomotive was built by A. Goninan & Co. at their Broadmeadow, NSW works in May 1997. She was the 23rd member of her 120-strong class.
