Ali's More Permit Points

Changes royal titles to give more permit points, enough to unlock all vanilla permits. (vanilla = 5, total 12)

Every title gives one extra point.

Food and steel drop changed to lower title requirements, so you can unlock them earlier.

- The two mods are incompatible, as they change the exact same things, this mod does everything the other one does except it does not reduce the cooldown costs.

Safe to add/remove from existing games. When added to a run where a pawn already has a title, it will add all the extra permit points from the mod up to current title for you to allocate on load. When removed, the pawn will still have the extra permits unlocked, but will be in a permit points deficit, until either sufficiently promoted to match the amounts of permits, or permit points are reallocated.
