Phalanx Tank Destroyer

The first Modification to the Hoplite chassis was the Phalanx Tank Destroyer system. Designed to take down the landships of the Onyx Watch, as well as to destroy the super heavy vehicles of the Steel Empire.

Armed with a 500mm APHE Cannon, as well as 6 7 meter EMP missiles, the Phalanx, as long as it remained hidden, was extremely capable at bringing down all targets in its path. Given a nickname by the Army as the Fist of the Heavens. Most believed it to be the vehicle that allowed the Empire to expand as far as it has inland.
