I can confirm that the custom textures are now packed into the BSP. However, I still encountered a few more issues.

Firstly, there are 6 T spawns but only 4 CT spawns. Secondly, the navigation mesh is outdated. To update it, you will need to place nav_mark_walkable marks on all the three floors of both buildings and then run nav_generate. And thirdly, unless this was intentional, players usually will spawn in front of enemy players.

Overall, though, good work.

I think you forgot to pack custom textures into the BSP.
