Ali's Persona Extract

Adds the ability to extract the persona from AI cores, and persona weapons. These Persona extracts can then be used to increase consciousnes. Effect is stackable, so you can keep giving them to your pawns. Who doesn't want a bunch of AI Personas in their head???

Created at the maching table. Can be created at the Crafting Table if you have my Crafting Table mod!

Effects consciousness directly, and other stats which calculate off consciousness indirectly (ie, movement). Some effects set max consciousness at a certain level (ie sedation), and the extract will not interfere with this, so it won't keep your pawns up when they shouldn't be.

Each persona extract increases consciousness +10%. Stacks up to 10 times (total +100%)
