ANB: All nations boostable

Welcome!
This mod was inspired by another mod offering the same feature, but not to all countries.
This one supports every single country in base game & DLC.

Meaning it adds full support to unreleased nations such as Algeria, Croatia, Vietnam etc.
This is also fully compatible with mods featuring vanilla countries such as Millenium Dawn, Balkan powder keg etc.
Not going to mess with other mods, just add "boostability"

IS NOT CLIENT SIDE, everyone must have it in order to host a multiplayer game!
The file size is roughly 28KB so it's not gonna mess with loading times or anything so I recommend you always keep it in your playset!
