Para instalar el background necesitas el programa GCFScape:

Cuando ya te hayas suscrito tienes que abrir el juego, cuando abra y cargue los addons cierras el juego y vas a la carpeta workshop que esta en:

Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\addons

Cuando estes en la carpeta, buscas el addon (buscalo por la imagen, sera mas facil), abres el archivo con el GCFScape y dentro estaran las instrucciones de como instalar el fondo.

When you have already subscribed you have to open the game, when it opens and the addons are loaded, close the game and go to the workshop folder that is in:

Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\addons

When you are in the folder, look for the addon (look for it by the image, it will be easier), open the file with the GCFScape and inside there will be the instructions on how to install the background.
