Learn from Failure

Description
People learn best from their failures and struggles, right?

Learn from Failure redistributes the vanilla post-battle and post-action experience distribution for characters, favoring difficult fights. Additionally, reinforcing generals will receive as much experience as initiating generals.

Hard fought battles teach characters the most, whereas easy victories aren't very educational. It pays to keep in mind while using this mod that your characters are going to level slower if you only ever feed them easy wins. The player’s mindset must change to fight for those battles that will lead to lasting experience gain. Taking hard fights will level your characters faster than vanilla.

The takeaway is that even fights are worth the most experience. This mod is intended to provide an incentive for engaging similarly matched armies to level your characters. Curb stomping your way across the old world is its own reward, you'll have to struggle a bit more if you want high level characters!

AI agent experience gains have also been adjusted. In the vanilla game, they gain half experience for agent actions compared to human controlled characters and this mod has it the same way.

This is based on the Warhammer 2 mod of the same name ( gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1854265650 ) that has been added to Warhammer 1 for the sake of people still playing game 1 for whatever reason.
