Splendor Scripted with Expansions

Description
Splendor with Expansions and Scripted Setup. Extends script to setting up all expansions, adds a few extra tweaks.
- Gems and Cards taken by the current player are highlighted so that players can keep track of what gems they took in their turn.
- More shiny & colourful lighting on the gem tokens.
- Used the Kraken table with a custom board texture.
- All four players sit on one side of the table (reading upside-down is too hard for my liking)

Hey, I've been checking out your mod, and I noticed that the cities always come out the same direction, and are never (randomly) flipped to their reverse side by the scripting. Would it be possible for you to make that change?

Also, I have the promo Nobles ready to add to the mod. Would that be something you're interested in?
