The Balloonomancer Rebalance

Description
Because Wes' character refresh was not enough.

Adds additional tools and utility to Wes' balloonomancy tab:


- Pile o' Balloons
* Can be filled with pond water to supply an unlimited amount of water balloons (at the cost of gaining 5 Wetness per balloon).


- Regular Balloons
* Can be gifted to Pigs and Bunnymen to befriend them.


- Party Balloon
* Now is a throwable item;
* Grants 20 sanity on hit and creates a confetti cloud with the old sanity-over-time effect.
Wes is excluded from the +20 sanity on hit effect (this can be configured).


- Speedy Balloon
* Movespeed bonus is now 20/25/30% (from 10/20/30%) and lasts longer.


- Balloon Hat
* Now grants 2.8 sanity per minute (from 1.2);
* Duration increased to 1.5 days (from 0.5 days);
* Recipe now includes 1 Nightmare Fuel (configurable);
* Loudly pops when destroyed; fearing nearby mobs similar to Startling Soliloquy.


- Balloon Vest
* Lasts much longer (4 days);
* Grants 50% damage protection upon getting hit (as it pops);
* Protects you from lightning and rain (80%).


- (NEW) Balloon Saddle
* Raises obedience by 100% and domestication by 30%;
* Works once per Beefalo;
* When damaged, it pops, launching the rider into the air.

Nearly all values can be fine tuned in the options.

Thank you! Unfortunatly I lack the programming skills to implement the boat and <default> retired. We most likely won't implement new features anymore.

maybe its a group vehicle like power rangers or something lol it can carry the whole team but has like 1 health and is super expensive. thats probably the most realistic idea i could think of and even then im sure that would be insane to try to make lol but either way thanks for the response! i love the mod!

@Turtle Wizard The balloon mech is a very popular request. It unfortunatly would involve many moving parts which would need to be animated individually so a ton of time and effort would be required. I am also not sure what it would even do, since in the short it doesn't deal damage. Sure it could give a movement speed buff but speedy balloon already fills that niche. It could provide armor but that goes against the short where it's destroyed in one hit. So what else is there?

It's a server mod, therefore it works for all players on the server.
There's nothing in this mod that makes any changes to hunger or health, it must have been another mod. Maybe the admin forgot to turn off god mode in too many items while testing?
