Made for bsquiklehausen's Presidio Bay series.

Ever wanted piers like San Francisco in your city? Then this pack is for you! It's a set of decorative but modular assets, which lets you create a unique waterfront! All buildings are found in the Ship category and can be mixed and matched as you'd like.

This office building is based of many of the piers still found in San Francisco today. Two slightly different versions are included, and with Building Variations you can also change the roof from the old black ones to the newer lighter ones. With Ploppable RICO it's a level 2 office building with 16 workplaces

Getting the following message after placing the piers down and also having difficulties selecting the nodes underneath. Is anyone able to help me?

"Could not load type 'Problem'. [System.TypeLoadException]

@jettrusler: That should fix it then! Those little sections of road is what makes the buildings place and snap so easily. But it also pulls up the ground, which would cause what you're seeing. So fingers crossed that'll do the trick and you won't have any more crazy floods :D

Love the assets. Quick question. I followed the instructions and placed some piers, but every time I log on to the game I get enormous pillars of water that drench and ultimately destroy the pier. I have to move-it, raise everything and then wait till the flooding goes away before putting it back in place. Did I do something wrong or is there something I can do to avoid this from happening? Thank you.

At least temporarily for the Ferry Services. I didn't see a specific Cargo Harbor etc though. But I use these to emulate certain buildings as Service Buildings etc. :steamthumbsup:

Nice! I just read it and thought, "modular pier, cool. Clicked and was like "WOAH" it's San Francisco! NICE. I love seeing my hometown in this game. Thank you and well done.
