If it were that easy to make cash just from making a near empty video to answer a single question, everyone would be doing it. So no. I call bullshit on your claim.

I do guides as full time JOB. Yep I need views to pay my bills. So yep I'm worried about my own view count. Because I love making gaming guides and views allows me to keep doing it. But if I do how you suggest to I won't make any revenue because steam don't pay you for views for my time spent writing down those guides.

If you wanted to help, you could just write a sentence or so in a comment or Reddit post somewhere and the search engines would pick up on it. That would be more than enough for such trivial matters.
Nobody would bother trying to make videos to answer single short questions like these unless they were just attention-whoring to pad their own viewer count.
