Description
MOD ID: 2540998397

This mods adds a variety of equipment with special effects once equipped.
The armors each have the same armor stat.
The variation comes in temperature resistance, ability, some weight and appearance.
The resource used to upgrade and create is Mythos.


Items Included:

Hydra Set (Cloth, Hide, Fur, Heavy)
Cyclops Set (Cloth, Hide, Fur, Heavy)
Atlantean Set (Cloth, Hide, Heavy)
Helios Set (Sword)
Boreal Set (Sword)
Officer Set (Carbine, Crossbow)

See discussions section for spawn codes, item details,pre-generated Game.ini entries and to add these items to the creature drops and GameUserSettings.ini to control some options I'll be adding.

More equipment will be added to this mod.

Time to dust off this mod.

Hey the spawn commands don't seem to work.

At the moment, you can craft them in the smithy with the blueprinted version, if you included them in the drops I added or your custom ones.

However, I have to take a look at making this mod more plug and play style which involves taking a deeper look into how dino drop / inventory components work.

That way I can take a look at making a crafting station and adding unique resources that drop from each creature alongside the equipment.

Things to take into the old rusty brain oven. :)

Nah, no specific load order needed.

The items are not crafted, but you can upgrade them in the smithy.

You have to either spawn them in or add them into the game.ini file for specific creature drops.

Check out the discussions section for some pre-built entries I made that you can use/edit and also some class strings that worked in case you wanna add them into those.

On that note, I do plan on performing a tlc on this mod to see what can be improved as I have been learning more and more about how the devkit works. :)

Is there a particular load order for this mod?
Or a special crafting station for it?
I have it loaded onto my server and no one can craft or find the skills to learn to craft it.

Added ini setting to enable/disable reload mini game for the officer carbine and adjust it's reload speed. :)

Next update will also include an ini configuration i managed to make in my Better Weapons mod to enable/disable the reload mini game and adjust reload speeds.. :)

Officer Crossbow has been added as a new weapon.
Other changes are included in the Change Notes section.
