With no theme parks within 500 miles of the city, the people of Sakawood were very eager to get one built. Still, the absolutely horrible weather made the idea seemingly untenable. Then you had an excellent idea: build the park indoors. With heat and air conditioning and protection from rain and lightning you'd be able to bring the community all the thrills they craved despite the uncooperative weather.

Scenario:
• <indent=0.7em>Have at least 3 coasters in your park with an excitement rating of 50.0 or above</indent>
• <indent=0.7em>Have a decoration rating of at least 85%</indent>
• <indent=0.7em>Have at least 700 guests in your park</indent>
• <indent=0.7em>Have an overall park rating of at least 85%</indent>
