How to get latest mod version
You do not need to re-install whole mod.
You just need to restart Steam.
You automatically receive difference from version you have and latest mod version after Steam restarting (several MBytes only).

polish plane in early doctrine that costs 50dp is completely broken, its flight speed is so big that its uncontrollable. the only way to use it is to spawn it and not give it a move order, and it becomes a wallhack with every enemy unit visible on map and no counterplay

Through the in-game tech tree, I knew that 250a/9 was preceded by 251b, but when I checked the mod's code, I found that the actual preset was 250a/1, and then I carefully identified it and found that 250a/1 and 251b were superimposed in the same position for some reason, resulting in the research tree being able to click on the 250a/1 below only after confirming that 251b was researched

Checked that sd.kfz 250/9 is linked to the sd.kfz 25O/1 and requires Liberation DLC.

The German technology's sd.kfz 250/9 (2cm kwk 38) needs to be unlocked by two clicks of the front technology (sd.kfz 251/1MG34), that is, when the first time the former item is unlocked, the latter item is still locked, after confirming the research, click on the previous item again, and find that the research point is still deducted and the latter item is unlocked, and the factions that include Germany have this problem after experiments

Valour factions several times smaller than vanilla factions for allocated PC memory size and require less PC performance.
Check that you install mod correctly.

A lot of the time when i try to start any battle using a valour faction, it crashes. I am using a really shitty laptop, but idk if this is the issue or not.
