Every thruster is armored.
No jump drives to be a "Waste of space"
Nothing external except thrusters and turrets.
No gravity drives. So it does not move fast.

Your basic minimum effort vessal.
It is atmosphere capable even. Although you do need the parachutes to slow down unless you start slowing down unresonably high.
