Construction and Maintenance Rooms Pack

This mod package contains a construction room and a maintenance room.

Each costs 200 to build, requires 100 in maintenance, and employs three workers. Unlike the in-game equivalents, there is no limit on how many you can build. Find them in the game's user-designed deco section.

**Remember that after you subscribe to mods, you must enable them in the game. Mods are not automatically enabled in Project Highrise.**

Short explanation on placement: If you delete the original in-game construction office and just use the one from this mod, the game will continue to function without issue. However I recommend that you keep the in-game maintenance office and use this maintenance office just to add extra workers.

Long explanation: To get these items to show up in the user-created section of the game, I had to class them as deco-base. Therefore, the maintenance office does not have the menu options to actually request renovation on units. If you request the renovation from the game's original maintenance office, then the workers who work in this extra maintenance office will go out and perform the actions. You just can't initiate the maintenance from this extra maintenance office mod.
