This mod enables Custom Music to several biomes.
The music used in this mod is unused or trailer material.

The idea of this mod is to allow other Modders to add their own custom music to their own custom biomes.
Please note that this music isn't affected by environmental stresses and it also loops.

For anyone developing biomes, you can access an fmod example for the music I put into this mod (Mind that a lot of settings need to be set so having this example would make life easier, since you can just copy the music events and paste your own ones).

Reminder that the version of fmod you need for noita modding audio modding is version 2.01.05

To make your own music through fmod, you need to open the fmod project above, then copy one of the music events in snd_mod/



you paste the event in the snd_mod/



Right click the event and assign it to the bank my_mod_audio



Drag your custom audio in the event audio like this:



Now the last thing to do is to add your custom song to the muter so that if the player gets out of your biome, the music mutes.
Just click on one of the event audios and copy and paste it



When you paste it click on target and set it to your own custom song



After this youre, set, you can do file > build and file > export GUIDs



you copy the GUIDs.txt from fmod_project_music_example\custom_sound_fmod_project\Build and the my_mod_audio bank file from fmod_project_music_example\custom_sound_fmod_project\Build\Desktop and paste the contents into thismod/files/sound/

not this way no, but it is possible in other ways. Horscht discovered how a couple of years ago and he was invited to write about it in the noita wiki.

Does this choose between the game's music and the mod's music at random or can that be an option? I don't want to replace the game's music entirely.
