yes because when the mod would trigger in 194 he is not in han faction, he is in the pool. I don't remember exactly how it was, but in the desc I wrote 194: NO, so I assume I had a pretty good reason for that.

Xun You is in Han Empire roster in the start of 194 campaign (like Guo Jia).
