Optional Story:
Wheatley discovers a protocol that was implemented a while ago, one that ran in the background while Jack was testing. It appears to have discovered a section of the facility that is specifically designed to be blast resistent, so science can continue even in the event of a mass facility destruction. Wheatley's circuts were still damaged from when GLaDOS killed him, resulting in "glitches" that give him brief moments of average intelligence. During one of these moments, he has the idea to send Jack over to the blast proof track so he can focus ALL of his attention on attempting to prevent the facilities almost certain doom.
