Oxygen Not Included x Rimworld VEF patch

Description
These patches were originally planned to be released as part of Oxygen Not Included: Animals, but I separated them for (legal?) reasons.

List of changes
  • Stone Hatch and Shove Vole can eat chunks
  • Some animals get the "Floating" comp
  • Pips will change stony soil to soil
