Description
This was ripped from the recent leaked Windows 11 Developer Build, Windows 11 Pro, Version Dev, OS Build 21996.1

After 7pm, the image changes to the Dark Mode version of the wallpaper.

This is nice, but can you change the time, when image changes, cause, you know, different time zones...

no breathing effect, all i did was make it change images haha

Does it have a very slight breathing effect or am i getting crazy?
