Non-Unique Vault Prisoners

Description
Simple mod making all of the prisoners in Tengu's Vault non-unique. Useful for if you want to respawn them, without resetting all unique characters on import.

1. Activate the mod
2. Import your save
3. Deativate the mod

After that the characters will be alive again, and still considered unique. Enjoy! :)

Thanks for the mod, was real dissapointed when I finally got into tengus vault and saw only 2 prisoners and a dust bandit.

Didnt realize that it would respawn all the guards though, pleasant surprise

Once you disable the mod, even without an import, the world state should flip back to normal.

Yes, that is a consequence of the mod. But you also shouldn't ever be running the mod for more than a moment on your save. It's intended to be a way to work around a world state bug, not for active use.

So I started a new game with this mod active, and ran across some Yabuta Outlaws. Is that a side effect of Yabuta not being marked as unique or is it just an occasional possibility to run into random Yabuta Outlaws without having freed him?

Imports always delete *your* prisoners, Thats not the Mods fault

Essential mod! One thing though, when I left the vault with the prisoners, there were already duplicates of them fighting outside. Can they just spawn anywhere as soon as they aren't flagged as prisoners anymore?
