Town Notifications

This mod brings back the OG ArmA 2/3 DayZ feel with notifications as you enter each town. This mod is a low performance impact mod, built to extend the users feel.
This mod converts the Russian text when you use a map mod like, Basic Map, and LBMasters AdvancedGroup mod.

Hi.

I got this error:
[Error] Mod Error: the workshop id is 0, this normally means the author of mod has not updated the mod. Manually set the publishedid in @DMS-Town-Notifications\meta.cpp to the workshop id or ask the author to update the mod.
